Jonny, The world is a better place with you and your family in it. Your honesty, courage and willingness to bring mental health to center stage is priceless. Please use the skills you have learned on your journey and now keep in a ‘mental health toolbox’ when you need them. Your bravery is a gift to us all. Check in with yourself daily, make sure that you take care of YOU! Best of luck with all of your endeavors and lots of grace to you and your family. I have made several of the recipes in your new book! You and your Nanny and your Grandda are sensational… Thank you

I was reminded recently that a journey of 10,000 miles starts with one step and involves many peaks and valleys, never linear and necessary in order to understand that they are all lessons to teach us. To many words to write here but there short piece of work written by Portia Nelson, Autobiography in 5 Chapters. Sums it up well. Looking forward to Christmas recipes ♥️

You do whats right for you Johnny, the community you have built with us aren't going anywhere. Its such a pleasure to watch your videos when you are up to doing them but there is no pressure, only when you are ready. Your honesty in speaking about mental health is one of the things that makes your videos so popular. Thanks to you and your grandparents, keep doing what your doing at a pace that suits you.

Thank you for everything you do and I hope you find the right balance for yourself to keep yourself well both mentally and physically. I've a tough period coming up as next month its been a year since I lost my wonderful Mum on Boxing day so it'll make Christmas so very hard as never had a Christmas Day without my Mum present but thanks to all your advice and words of wisdom I know I can get through and know its okay to have my tearful moments too as well as remembering the lovely memories. Take care of yourself Jonny and know even if you need time out always here to support ❤️

Glad you had a good time away and are feeling a bit better. I’ve found for me after coming through a really difficult time a few years back with my mental health and feeling like I’d come out the other side it feels like such a kick in the teeth when you are struggling again and that’s happened to me twice the past 18 months or so, it’s easier as we are better equipped to help ourselves and know there is light at the end of the tunnel but it’s easy to lose sight of it at the time. I’ve struggled a bit recently and someone said to me to keep an eye on my OCD as they suffer as well and it always rears its head when they’re stressed and I was like no I’m fine! I don’t really suffer with it much now and then about a month later I realised I’d become obsessed with something and it wasn’t until it went too far that it hit me what had happened 🙃. Keep looking after yourself and spending time with your loved ones as much as you can ❤️. I have said before but last year going away to stay with my brother and his girlfriend literally saved me and brought me so much joy! I’m actually getting quite anxious as he may be working away starting next year and I’m finding hard to not worry and get upset about not seeing them as much but like Claire said below I am a firm believer in what is meant for you wont pass you by and that you are always exactly where you’re meant to be so whatever happens it will be fine. If I can’t go to London as much I am planning to be brave and book some mini adventures on my own . (I’ve put it in to the universe now so I have to do it!) 😬🤣.

Great to see you back, but as I said on instagram sometimes rest & reset is what the doctor ordered. We are only one human and I myself am guilty of juggling to much with one pair of hands. When it comes to a physical injury we all know how to help repair it or cope with the pain but when it comes to our mental health unfortunately there is no manual and everyone is so different. And your right we are all good at giving advice to people or trying to help others and sometimes we forget about ourselves. But take one day at a time…Rome wasn’t built in a day! I personally would love some Christmas recipes but do not feel pressured to get them uploaded. I did go out today to start getting organised to make your biscoff cheesecake that was highly requested in this house for Christmas.

Glad your back but try not to juggle so many balls at once, your only human.

We can be our own worse enemy looking after ourselves. Great at giving advice but find it hard accepting it ! Hope you find a way through all the difficulties. It just takes time. The important thing is you recognise that you needed a break. Just take one day at a time.Big hugs. And it’s never too early for Christmas recipes! 🤣🎄Remember what’s for you won’t go by you.
