Hi Jonny, Am checking in with you. You are a smart guy to be so transparent with your mental health. It is a journey! Hope you are taking good care physical health as well. Hope you don't pressure yourself at all to post new recipes, etc. if you are not up to it. You have so many things going on! Men like you are rare. Your family is so wonderful and loving. You will find your purpose, job, career, whatever, in good time. If all humans could be like you, the world would be a very kind place indeed. Thanks for all the recipes. I made Shepherd's Pie last week and Brown/Wheaten Bread this week. So, so good. It's my only way to visit Ireland! A friendly and beautiful country.

Thank you so much for those kind words Pam, you've no idea how much they mean β€οΈ I'm trying my best to get back to myself, it's a slow process. I definitely put too much pressure on myself with everything going on but I'm learning. Just need to take more time to myself, let the hair down a little, relax and enjoy life! Delighted you're getting stuck into the recipes and you picked two great ones π€€ You'll have to make a trip soon and soak up all the great food and culture π

Hey thank you for being so honest! Some times life is just hard. January can nearly be the worst as we all add so much pressure on ourselves to change things. Anyway I popped on here to find some new inspiration for teas this week! Canβt wait to try some more. I have made some many of your sweet recipes, time to try some savoury.

Good for you Jonny keeping your journey so open and honest. Mental health is truly your wealth. In a way social media has been a wonderful thing opening up a sphere of communication for people however the downside being that sometimes we can all get caught up in chasing a life that isn't real and we all as a whole have lost touch with true form of communication with others. Small talk has disappeared nearly and is an unknown language to many. I go out and see so many young families and the heads are in the phones and devices and there isn't a word between them. It's truly eye opening at times what that side of technology can do to us all as a community. Also part of life is that your circle gets smaller and the quality of your relationships gets better, however it is a really jarring reality to face. Stay strong and keep er lit Jonny x
