Beer Battered Fish

We all love a chippy tea, especially a fish supper! This homemade beer battered version beats the local chippy and when you try it you'll see why. The batter is so light and crispy, making the taste and texture so fresh. There's none of that aul stodginess or cakey interior you can get at times. What's makes it even better is, it's quicker to rustle up than going to the chippy! The hardest decision will be your condiments, salt and vineger, red sauce or do you like some tartar? This is a real tasty one and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
