Peanut Butter Brownies

I rustled these rich, fudgy and decadent peanut butter brownies up when I was visiting my close friends in London. They really were a hit and possibly the best brownies I've eaten. So chocolatey, moist, with a delicious chewiness and slight crisp crust. That isn't even mentioning the creamy peanut butter and reese's cups throughout. You'll definitely love these, not so wee yokes! Is it a warm cuppa or a pint of ice cold milk to go with them? I'd say a quick 30 second blast in the microwave with a few scoops of vanilla ice cream might come out on top!

Step 1

Melt your butter and 1/2 your chocolate over a bain-marie, setting aside to cool once done. Add your sugars and vanilla when it's still a bit warm, this will help them dissolve. Mix this all through until smooth.

Oh these look incredible 😍 I treated myself to some online Brownies for my birthday yesterday and was very disappointed, I love your chocolate Brownies recipe which is outstanding so I'll give these a whirl too as I love peanut and chocolate 😍

They really are delicious Amanda 🤤 That's a shame, where did you get them from? I think you will love these ones if that's the case 😄

To be fair to them I'd better not name 😅 but in all honesty it might be because I've made my own before using your chocolate brownie recipe so theirs didn't measure up to my high expectations , you've set my bar high now 🥰😅
