Caramel Squares (Millionaire Shortbread)

These have always been a firm favourite in our family for obvious reasons. I'd know them as caramel squares but a lot may argue millionaire shortbread. You can't go wrong either way with its buttery shortbread base, thick chewy caramel and sweet chocolate top. They're one of the best traybakes in my book and with a pot of tea you could polish off half a dozen!

Hi Sara Jane, I use a 20 x 25cm baking tray for my caramel squares. But anything around that should do the trick 🙌🏼
