Christmas Sausage Rolls

These were serious gear and according to my Granda would fill you for the day. They're packed full of hearty sausage meat, streaky bacon, cheese and cranberry, so what’s not to like? These are big old boys so there's plenty of feeding in them. If you fancy a more bite sized version just use another roll of pastry and make a less chunkier roll. They will definitely go down a treat either way!
