Chocolate Babka

If a Ferrero Rocher and a brioche loaf had a baby this chocolate babka would be it. Honestly, this blew me away when I made it because I thought it was well above my pay grade. Like all my recipes I want them to be easy to follow and accessible to all. This one might look daunting but trust me, if I can do it so can you! The fluffy, sweet brioche bread is delicious but paired with the dark chocolate hazelnut butter it takes it to another level. The dark chocolate balances it so well and the nutty, sweet, and buttery hazelnuts are the perfect combination. I dare you to stop at one slice because I know you'll be wanting more.

Turn cooking mode on

Add your butter, caster sugar and chocolate into a saucepan. Gently melt these over a low heat and mix occasionally. Remove from the heat and add your cocoa powder, stirring throughout until smooth. Pour into a separate bowl and all it to cool.
