Apple crumble is one of the best desserts but the addition of blackberries really hits the spot. When there's certain fruits in season that's the time to use them. Cooking apples and blackberries run alongside each other and they're the perfect pairing. Like all of our crumbles this has a delicious chewy and wholesome topping, perfect for lathering in creamy custard. The filling is sweet with that tasty tartness from the seasonal fruit.
