Melting Moments

I had an unhealthy addiction to these biscuits as a young fella, so believe me when I say they're better homemade. I've always known them as melting moments but in the shops they're a Viennese. A deliciously buttery biscuit with a sweet white chocolate buttercream filling. Then each end dunked in tasty milk chocolate, what's not to love? These are perfect for any visitor or to be enjoyed with a pot of tea on an easy, relaxed weekend.
