Don’t let the thought of it put you off, but slow cooked beef cheeks. These are that tender you can cut them with the back of spoon. It's probably not the first cut of meat you would pick from the butchers but it will surprise you. They have a rich, deep beefy flavour and and are lusciously tender after slow cooking, similar to pulled pork. The other additions add a great depth to the flavour and create a rich delicious gravy.
