Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Get your pan over a medium heat and add a little bit of oil. Add your bacon and cook this of for about 5 minutes until t's nice and golden. Add your leek, mixing through and cooking for a few minutes to soften. Add in your leftover turkey , seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook this for a few minutes to get the turkey heated up.

There’s always a slap of turkey after the big day! And this creamy turkey, leek and bacon pie knock an aul curry out the gap 🤤 I think my Granda’s reaction will have ye sold 🙌🏼 He said it was close to the actual Christmas Dinner and would have licked the plate.. Bit like my best mate @tomfarrell_00 😅 and he said it’s a better use for the than giving it to the dog 😂 My Nanny was on my case the whole way through this but sure ye wouldn’t have it any other way.. We’re probably as bad as each other and want to do things our way 😅 but that’s what makes these wee moments and I’m sure it’s exactly the same in your kitchen at home ❤️

Made this today. Really easy. As I had no turkey left and just used ham, I added in a tbsp of Dijon mustard. Worked out fine. Defo going to cook this again with chicken. Thanks 👍👍
