Spaghetti Bolognese

We all have our own way of making a good spag bol and this is ours. It's a lot handier to make from scratch than you'd think, but the difference in taste is second to none. It's lovely and rich and none of that aul water sauce from a jar. You’ll see my Granda Alfie was intent on sabotaging the video for this, so you'll get a bit of a laugh as well.

Get your large pan over a high heat and add in your beef mince. Sauté this down until its nice and golden.

Made a big pot of this today. Clean plates so that all round so looks like it “would do” as your Granddad says. Didn’t add chocolate as that’s bridge to far for my very conservative family. Got leftovers for tomorrow with a baked potato. One small point you mention rosemary in method but it’s not in list of ingredients.
