Toblerone Cheesecake

We got Dad a Toblerone for Father’s Day and it was always going to be used for a baking creation. I decided to go for a cheesecake and it was a big hit. It has a lovely chocolatey and creamy filling, with sweet chunks of Toblerone dotted throughout. Not forgetting that buttery biscuit base we all love. There's nothing wasted in this house and this is a far better way to use a Toblerone in my opinion.
