Biscoff Fifteens

It's hard to beat the humble fifteen, a Northern Irish delicacy! Going off my Granda's reaction this wee creation might have pushed the originals out. The Biscoff gives it a delicious caramelised flavour, then you have the moist chewy yet crunchy texture a fifteen alway provides. If you love a fifteen these might be your favourite new version.

Step 1

Finely crush 1/2 your Biscoff biscuits in a bowl or in a food processor. Roughly crush the other 1/2 with your hands to add some texture to the mix. Add this all to a large bowl, along with your chopped marshmallows. Combine these to the marshmallows don't stick together.

I enjoyed making these with my 7yr old granddaughter. Really nice wee change from the traditional fifteen. Yummy
