Beef and Lamb Stew

My version of a traditional stew was always going to be different. We all have our spins on the hearty classic and mine might be the one for you. Some people might describe it as a brown stew but one thing's for sure it was packed full of meat and flavour. It has a lovely rich and deep flavour and pairs perfectly with a big slice of Nutty Krust bread plastered in butter.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add your steak and lamb pieces to a large bowl, season this with salt and pepper and mix. Add your flour and toss this all about to coat.

This is a delicious dish, well worth the wait! Freezes well for batch cooking as well. 100% going on the repeat list!
