Nutty Brownies

Some people will disagree but a brownie should be moist and gooey. I don't understand a cakey brownie, if I wanted cake I'd of made a cake. If you like them moist and decadent you’ll love these wee yokes. If not, these will have you converted. The nuts are the perfect combination as well, changing up the texture mid bite. With a cuppa these really hit the spot, so get the kettle on!

Step 1

Over a medium heat gently melt your butter and chocolate over a bain-marie (guide to this is in notes), stirring occasionally. You can also do this in the microwave in 30-second blasts, stirring in between. When melted set it aside and allow to cool.

Hi Vickey, not sure what’s happened there on the system? I’ll get that edited and thank you for pointing it out, much appreciated!
