Chocolate Chip Cookies

It’s hard to bate a moist and chewy chocolate chip cookie and these ones really hit the spot. The flavour is deep and nutty with the addition of brown butter. The use of brown sugar along with the caster sugar, brings a slight caramel hint and adds to the chew. But what you really want is the big chunks of chocolate throughout. That's the reason you chop it into chunks rather than using chocolate chips. Getting one slightly warm with pools of semi melted chocolate is glorious. All you need is an ice cold pint of milk and you'll polish off two, if not three!

Unreal Louise! Perfect way to use up what you have in the cupboard, doesn't always have to be by the book. Hope they went down well?
