Custard Cream Fifteens

It still blows my mind when people don’t know about the humble fifteen. As you know I see them as a Northern Irish delicacy, which may be a stretch. I've been playing about with variations because realistically the list could be endless. Just grab your favourite biscuits and pair them with an add in. These custard cream fifteens were a great creation. I have a feeling it was the custard filling that made the difference.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add your custard creams to a bowl and crush these up well with your hands. Finishing off with a rolling pin. If you like a bit of texture the odd chunk won't do any harm. You can either split the mix and do half with and half without cherries, or none at all.
