Marmalade Cake

My Granda would be a big fan of oranges and his marmalade, especially my Nanny’s homemade stuff. So I created this wee recipe for the pair of them. It's so simple to make and has wonderfully light texture. Along with the delicious sweet and tangy marmalade flavour we all love. It's a perfect wee cake to have on hand through the week and accompanying that midmorning coffee makes it a real winner!
