Pulled Beef

I'll argue to the cows come home that pulled beef is better than pulled pork. It's packed with flavour and goes with anything if you ask me. I threw it into a crispy baked spud but used the rest with pasta, in tacos and even on some sourdough bread with scrambled eggs. It's healthy, with no hidden sauces or heaps of butter and oil, just proper good hearty flavourful beef. You can batch cook it and it's so handy to make with minimal ingredients, plus delicious. But if you don’t believe me, you're just going to have to try it.

First plaster your beef in salt and pepper and get your pot over a high heat. Add some oil, searing your beef on all sides for a few minutes to seal. Remove this, setting aside for now and lower the heat to medium.

I haven't Anita but I definitely need to! I've done a leg of lamb many times and it just falls off the bone so probably close to it in ways 🤤

Would this be ok without the garlic? My husband doesn’t like garlic.

Of course Christina, the flavour will be a little more bland is all. You could substitute for other herbs and spices he may like?
