Kinder Blondies

These were a big favourite when I was baking in Galway and you'll understand why. One of my best mates Tommy and his wife Chloé suggested giving something with kinder a go, since then I haven't looked back. They're packed with that creamy and delicious kinder chocolate we all love, not forgetting the creamy hazelnut filling the bueno provides. You've also got that moist, chewy blondie, that's between a cookie and brownie in some ways. Trust me, you'll be hooked on these just like Galway was once you try them!

Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add your light brown sugar, caster sugar, melted butter and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl. Beat these together until they become smooth and fully combined. Now fire in your eggs, beating until it becomes paler in colour and smooth. This can take up to 3-5 minutes.

Made this at Christmas, I had strict instructions from a 7 yr old, she doesn’t like trifle, mince pies, christmas cake, anything with cream or jam, no pavlova, no cheesecake, these blondies hit the spot , she loved them as did everyone else. Another recipe hit.
