What would be the best substitute for mushrooms as I think they are good from the devil and need to be erased from the earth lol

You really must hate them Ciara with that description 😂 You could just leave them out totally or add in another veg you like? I always like a bit of tenderstem broccoli. Some cannellini beans might be a nice addition in there, will compliment the creaminess 🙌🏻

Served this a part of a family buffet dinner. Felt special as we were adding the Bushmills and flaming it but was a very simple dish to make. Would definitely make again.

I always use bushmills in my cooking nothing like it!!!!! I make whiskey marmalade with a very healthy dose of bushmills in it!! It used to sell out at all our school xmas bazaars!!! (I’d make 100 pots every Xmas!!) Good friends still get a supply. Can’t wait to try this. bxxxx
