Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Sprinkle a few tbsp of your caster sugar into your milk and mix this in. Then add your yeast, allowing to bloom and bubble up. Until it becomes nice and foamy, this will take about 5 minutes.

It was my first time trying these out and I had to learn on the fly, but I got there. As you can see, things can look like they won’t work out.. But if you trust the process and adapt as you go along, you can really surprise yourself, a bit like life.. The only way things won’t happen or work out is if you give up! I suppose what I’m saying is, don’t allow daunting things like sticky dough stop you or make you quit. You’re more capable and wonderful than you think and that goes for life, not just stupid sticky dough!
