Is 1/2 cup pudding rice for one serving? Just trying to figure out how much to cook for 4. Would I change the toggle to 4? It seems that 14 cups of milk is a lot for 4 people.

This brings me back to when i was a "Wee Girl" My Mum used to make this & it was delicious. She baked it in the oven, for a very long time (seemed like forever) & as far as i remember she added nutmeg to it. Even the smell of it cooking was so good. We also had it with peaches & there was sultanas in it during cooking. I used to pick them out. (I was so fussy) 🤦♀️

I live in Sweden and this recipe is similar too a Swedish staple that’s usually eaten for breakfast. Initially and when I first moved here, I couldn’t cope with eating rice pudding for breakfast as it’s definitely a dessert and real comfort food
