Easter Chocolate Cheesecake

This is a great way to use up your Easter eggs and I know people will joke that they don’t have any leftover chocolate. Let’s be honest the house is coming down with it at Easter. They beauty is you can use any Easter chocolate you have and the flavours are up to you. Each bite could be different in flavour with a change up in texture as well. It still has that buttery biscuit base with a rich creamy cheesecake filling we love, the rest is a lottery depending on what the Easter Bunny brough. It's a perfect dessert for a Bank Holiday weekend and to get the kids involved.
