Irish Batch Loaf

A fresh batch loaf is hard to look past. It has that distinct crisp top but pillowy soft inside. If you're away from home it's nigh on impossible to find one. The amount of people I've met or have messaged saying this is their go to recipe when away brings me joy. It goes with everything is you ask me, a freshly loaded sandwich, Tayto cheese and onion like we had. But then again some butter and jam is hard to beat.
