I tried to make this last month and the smell and everything was getting me so excited. Was mashing my potatoes when this loud crashing sound scared the bejaysus out of me. The glass lid of my pot exploded and the glass shards all fell into the lovely dinner I’d spent ages preparing. Anyways I’m giving this another go tonight 😂

It was so good that the portion I’d planned to bring up to my uncle is currently being heated up as my lunch. He can go down to Sainsbury’s and buy some cheap and nasty ready meal 😂
