Grab a mug that you'll use for the recipe or if you have the wee cup measures work away with that. I find using a mug a lot handier and less cleaning up. Add a 3/4 cup of peanut butter, 1/4 of honey, your vanilla extract and a good pinch of salt to a large bowl. Give this a good mix until smooth and combined. Then launch in your cup of protein powder which is roughly 6 scoops. I went 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 vanilla. Get this mixed together until fully combined and using your hands at the end will help. It will come together into a rollable, shapeable dough. If it's too dry add a little milk or water.

Just made these for the second time - they’re really tasty, and provide the energy need for a workout. Once this batch is gone, I’ll make them again!

Delighted you're enjoying them Sharon 😄 I would have went through a batch a week when I was playing! Such a handy wee high protein snack for a cuppa and really curb that sweet tooth 🙌🏻
