Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Pop your halved tomatoes onto a baking tray with some greaseproof paper and drizzle over 2 tbsp of olive oil. Season this with salt and pepper. Fire these into a fan assisted oven on 160 degrees for about an hour, just to the sides shrivel up and they're nice and juicy in the middle. I turned it up to 180 degrees fan for the last 15 minutes or so.

Thank you for the recipe Jonny, it’s the best tomato soup I have ever tasted, easy instructions to follow. I had it with cheese toasted sandwich. 👍
