Easy Chicken Bakes

These are my spin on the chicken bake from Greggs. Their version has a time and place and we all love them but I can guarantee mine are a lot more substantial. These ones are packed full of chicken and a creamy garlic, herb sauce. Trust me you won't be going hungry with them. They're so handy to rustle up and a great wee lunch or even dinner. Plus you can freeze them and pull away when you’re stuck for a quick wee feed.

Step 1

Get your pan over a medium to high heat and add your oil. Add your garlic and sautée this down for a couple of minutes. Launch your chicken in and cook for about 5-10 minutes until done, this will depend on how small you like your chicken chunks. Pop in your oregano and season with salt and pepper.

Notes

This recipe makes 8 decent sized ones so you can freeze some for when you're stuck. Realistically you'll probably want to eat them all anyway, or just adjust the quantities to make less.
