Triple Chocolate Cookies

These triple chocolate chip cookies were a real hit as you’ll see. Crisp on the outside, yet soft and chewy in the middle. Just like an armadillo as my Granda would say. They are rich, moist and decadent. The way a cookie should be if you ask me. These slightly warm with some vanilla ice cream wedged between is a real treat. But it’s hard to look past the classic combination with a pint of milk.

Made these today and they are SO GOOD! I forgot to sage sure chocolate chunks for the tops but they’re just as tasty with all the chunks mixed in.☺️

Hi Tracy, I haven’t tried that before but you could use some milk or yoghurt as a replacement. I’m not sure if it will just be quite the same though. Be sure to get a similar consistency of dough is all 🙌🏼
