Raspberry Ruffles

These yokes are getting harder and harder to find. They've alway been a staple in our treat cupboard because Mum goes wild for them. The older I've gotten the more I appreciate these wee bars of joy. They're packed with a moist raspberry, coconutty, sweet flavour and coated in a healthy amount of rich dark chocolate. They are the perfect sweet treat to accompany any cup of tea or coffee.

Beautiful, takes me back. My Dad loved these. We all used to bring him a bag when we visited before he passed. He absolutely loved them. Thanks
