Delicious Jambons

These would be a bit of a delicacy in our local food deli’s. They may look simple but simple things done right are the best. They have delicious flaky pastry filled with that creamy cheese sauce (béchamel), crispy bacon and plenty more cheese to boot. They are serious gear and my Granda will give off at me for saying this, but a wee bit of red or brown sauce on these and you're in heaven.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Chop your bacon up and fry off until crispy, this will take around 5 minutes. When cooked pop into a bowl and set aside.
