Bacon & Cheese Potato Bread

Potato bread is the best bread in my opinion and hard to bate. In my head it was impossible to improve but it might have happened. Potato bread, good. Bacon, good. Cheese, good. A bit like Joey out of Friends, what's not to like? We couldn't even wait to fry some, it was immediately plastered in butter and horsed down. When it was fired though it was unbelievable. I'd say there's more scope to mix things up with potato bread, so let me know if you've any ideas in the comments section.

Step 1

Traditionally you would use leftover potatoes for this but realistically those aren't a thing. If you're lucky enough to have them, slightly reheat them over a low heat in a saucepan or even the microwave. You can mash these prior to reheating if you wish. If you don't have any leftovers just boil up some spuds and allow to cool until slightly warm.
