Get your large pot over a medium to high heat and add in a good drizzle of oil. Fire in your onion and cook this off for a few minutes to soften. Now add your pork and season well with salt and pepper. You will cook this off for a few minutes just to seal the pork.

Early dinner tonight as I was starving after smelling this cooking all afternoon and it was so good!! I cooked mine in the slow cooker as I will stick anything in there if I can 𤣠so used whole pork loin steaks, just so they didnāt completely disintegrate and also chopped up a couple of sweet potatoes that would have gone to waste and added them as well and it was definitely another 10 ā¤ļø

I did see your beans! They looked really good š. I love a cosy dinner recently and this is one Iāll be making again .. and youāve got to have cheese on top! Lazy as always with my pre grated š¤£.
