Made to much Crumble today so used a tin of peaches and some strawberries to make weight upto 400g. Also used 50% plain flour and 50% wholemeal flour. Sprinkled some dark brown sugar on the apple one (it's not burnt 🤷🏼♀️) the peach one is like jam. It's absolutely lovely

Some midweek guests for tea. It’s a cold and wet days so what better to finish a meal! I added cinnamon as it is a favourite of mine and some more oats as we like it crunchy. Husband already making sure that there is enough custard.
