National Trust Pie

I don't think many will have heard of this one, but it's a spin on a traditional cottage pie. The major difference is curry and mango chutney through your beef, with some leeks through the creamy mash. It mightn't sound too wild but by jaysis it works! I remember having this all the time on a Wednesday evening, it seemed to be a wee tradition. We all have those meals that seem to be staple through the years. I really want to bring that back and encourage everyone to enjoy home cooking once again!

Delicious! 😋 Didn't get a photo before getting stuck in. This was super filling and a great winter warmer. Extra cheese added to the top because why not 😃
