Homemade Sausage Rolls

Believe me when I say it, homemade sausage rolls are better than the ones you get in the shops. The only argument I'll discuss is, what sauce? Red or brown? My Granda never takes sauce because he says it takes away from the flavour of the food. He's probably right because these tasted unreal on their own. They're packed with plenty of meat and the streaky bacon, onion and garlic add such a great flavour. They could be the best picky/deli food out there but you let me know your favourite!

Step 1

Add some oil to a frying pan and place over a medium heat. Add your red, white onion and garlic to this and sauté down for few minutes to soften. Now add your bacon and cook this off, don't make it too crispy. Once cooked fire into a bowl and set aside, allowing to cool.
