Tiffin

Tiffin is one of those things you love but never make and it's actually so simple to rustle up. It's packed with flavour from the fruit and nuts, with a deliciously chocolate base. The textures are even better to, with a slight crunch and chew. Having a batch of these up your sleeve is always a good idea and perfect for a warm cuppa at elevenses.

Step 1

Add your digestives to a food processor and partially blitz these, you want half finely crushed and the rest in small bits to add texture. Alternatively you can crush them up in a bowl. Fire these to a large mixing bowl and set aside.

I've been making this since the first time you shared it online. Believe me it's UNREAL & goes down a treat with everyone I've made it for
