My Granda’s cousin Doreen sent this recipe from Canada so we had to give it a crack and it didn't disappoint. They're extremely simple to make and so light and airy. The addition of banana keeps them lovely and moist, with some sweet chocolate chunks and a hint of nutmeg. I'll give it to the Canadian's it's a cracking wee recipe.
