Cheesy Bacon and Tomato Pinwheels

There's one thing we do well at home and it's a hot food deli. These wee yokes should be in every deli across the country and I’ll argue that until the cows come home! Flaky pastry, cheese, onion, bacon and tomato, what’s not to like? Mum always makes these if there's a wee get together happening and they'll be the first to go. Perfect to accompany those picky bits like the regular sausage rolls and cocktail sausages.

Step 1

Get your puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface and give it a wee roll to level it out. Get a hold of a big bowl and add your onion, tomato, bacon and cheese, combining together with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper and it one last mix.

I’m making these for New Year’s Eve. Any other party food/appetizers?
