Creamy Chicken and Chorizo Pasta

I would’ve had this creamy chicken and chorizo pasta the night before a match. It’s bloody delicious with the flavour from the chorizo and the creamy sauce the cheese provides. Best of all it's handy to make. I have to give some credit to one of my best mates Tommy for this recipe. He started the trend when we played and lived together in Galway. This is my spin on it and it works a charm!

Turn cooking mode on

Get your pan over a medium to high heat and fire in your chorizo. Cook this off for a few minutes until it releases its oil and crispens up a wee bit.
