Banoffee Cake

What's better than a banoffee? Well it might be this banoffee cake.. My Granda Alfie even said 'you could serve it in a restaurant as a dessert'. It has a lovely soft, moist sponge, which you soak in a cameral drizzle. This really brings the cake up a notch. Topped with fresh cream, slices of banana and a cheeky flake. It's the perfect combo of buttery sweetness and freshness.
