Step 1
To a bowl fire in your lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper, garlic, chickpeas, spinach, good drizzle of balsamic vinegar, lemon and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper, adding garlic granules, chipotle chilli flakes and some mixed herbs. Give this a good mix to combine and that's it. Very simple I know but a easy healthy salad shouldn't be complicated.
