Crunchie Cheesecake

This is one of my Mum’s recipes and it’s a special one. It's always one of the first recipes to be made for a get together or any event. It tastes even better a day later, if it lasts that long. The crunchie starts to melt through the filling and add even more flavour. Not forgetting the always delicious butter biscuit base. All you need is a cuppa tea or coffee to wash this beauty down.
