Easter Chocolate Cake

This chocolate cake is the perfect Easter treat. Rich, dark, chocolatey and deliciously moist. It's very handy to throw together and a great one to get the family all involved over the Easter break. The buttercream isn't too rich, almost light in a way. Which is the perfect combination for the chocolatey sponge and caramel centre.
