Easy Bread Recipe

This white bread recipe is so simple and only requires five ingredients. That's something you don't see on the back of a shop bought loaf. Once you start making your own bread you honestly won't look back. That goes for all of the bread recipes on the page. All of which, taste superior and are so much better for you. They mightn't have the shelf life that the shop bought equivalents have but it won't last that long. Plus a wee go in the toaster or under the grill and it's just as tasty a day old.

Lovely bread! It’s a great recipe and easy to make although it requires patience for it to rise, not my strongest quality 😀. It needed longer in the oven and more water than the recipe stated but I am very happy with how it came out

Love to see it Sarah, looks delicious! I've developed a lot of patience lately when in my Nanny's kitchen haha. Yea I find ovens can be different, my Nanny's is totally different to mine. We learn quickly with what works and it's just about keeping an eye on it. Can't wait to see what else you make!
