See the slidy thing at the top is that for how many jars it makes?

Sorry James, I'm not quite sure what you mean? The quantity adjuster that's available? It makes 6 decent sized jars but you can adjust that if you wish 👍🏻

The mince recipe is something I’ve been looking for for a long time. My grandmother used to make it and then use it for Thanksgiving here in the US. I would love to try it and finally make it myself. All the ingredients together sound just perfect. Keep up the good work Johnny, we are all cheering for you and many thanks to your grandparents for inviting us into their home and loving all the things that you create! I am a 70 year-old granny myself and bake a lot for my grandkids. You and your family are an inspiration.
