Kinder Birthday Cake

Making a birthday cake for someone always makes it that bit more special. I created this one for a best friend Pete's 30th Birthday and it went down a treat. The sponges are a moist, decadent chocolate fudge which would remind you of the Bruce cake from Matilda. The light and sweet Kinder buttercream is the perfect flavour combo. Then you've a heap of Kinder chocolates on top to enjoy giving added texture, if you haven't already picked them all off to eat.
