Is it ok to leave out cooking oil not lean on using oils anything else I could add

Hi Caroline, unfortunately it’s needed in this one to help with the lightness of the sponge. You could use other neutral oils if there’s any you prefer? Potentially replace with more butter but I can’t guarantee that will work 😅
